Who's this Guy?

I'm Cody Rohrbach... though most call me "Coco"! I've worked with some of the most acclaimed restaurants in the Lehigh Valley, performing in just about any role you can think of. But after 15 years of study and service, I've decided to go rogue on my journey to care for people and bring communities together.

"What to say about Coco??? Personally, I have had the great pleasure of watching him develop from an inexperienced young man to a true hospitality professional. He has grown from one of our most trusted employees (from the start at Bolete) to one we tasked with the responsibility of opening our second venture Mister Lee’s in Easton, and then our third Silvershell in Easton and then AGAIN for our fourth with the Mister Lee’s in Bethlehem. Each a very different venture with different needs and responsibilities. And with each one he took it on as his own. He is accomplished at all aspects of managing a restaurant in the front of house as well as being a skilled chef. I would like to think I had anything to do with his success as his mentor for so many years, but if I am being honest he came to us as that diligent, driven, dedicated to excellence young man. "
